Students in grades 6-12 who are involved with the Wood Village youth group enjoy a variety of activities together. We love God, love each other, and love meeting people.

Together we are learning more about God, how He is involved with each of our lives, and how to share His love with others. If you have any questions about the group, or how to get involved, e-mail Raymond Flynn, Youth Pastor.

FALL RETREATS – October 20-22, 2017

Registration is now open for the Youth Fall Retreats.  Both the high school and middle school groups will be going to Camp Jonah in beautiful Trout Lake, Washington.  The cost is $65 for early bird registration (by October 8).  After that, the cost is $80 and the deadline is October 18.  Sibling discounts and scholarships are available (check with Pastor Raymond).  The focus of the retreats will be on Who God is, what He has done and what He is doing.  High school and middle school will have separate learning, activity, and free times.  The groups will be combined for meals and worship.  To register, click the appropriate link to pay, and be sure to have a current Parents/Guardians Consent Form on file (link to that is located toward the bottom of this page).

Meeting Times

  • Sunday: 9:30am, Youth Center
  • Wednesday: 6:30pm – 8:15pm

Sunday mornings include breakfast and Bible studies. Wednesday nights feature experiential-based activities, discussion groups and fellowship with other students.

Youth Ministries Purpose Statement

Mission: Growing in the grace and knowledge of God.

Vision: Developing intentional relationships to make and grow disciples in the grace of Christ.

Goal: Seeing people receive the Spirit through grace.

We enjoy activities year-round: Movies, laser tag, skating, whitewater rafting, service projects, all-nighters, snow tubing, weekend retreats, or other fun activities. These events allow youth to be together in a safe environment with their friends.

A completed “Parents/Guardians Consent Form” is required for all participants in off-campus activities. To fill out the form electronically, go to Consent Form.
