People who prefer the “old favorites” – sometimes called “Hymns of the Faith” – like this service where most of the songs will be familiar to them.
Dress is casual. Many of the people are seniors, but there are a number of younger families who like this format. Our chapel has wheelchair access.
Pastor Bill’s Bible message is normally the same as what is offered at the 11:00 a.m. hour. The Lord’s Supper is shared on the first Sunday of the month.
Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
Most of this group is younger, but there are some seniors who like this worship format or attend because they like the later hour on Sunday. Many of the songs are recent additions, but the service includes some of the “old favorites” offered in a more contemporary style.
This worship service includes children and youth starting in Grade 3. It is less structured than the 9:30 a.m. service. Pastor Bill’s Bible message is usually similar to the 9:30 a.m. hour but with age-appropriate illustrations. The Lord’s Supper is offered on most Sundays.
