The Scriptures are Precious and Transforming

The Church has been given the privilege and responsibility to share and teach the Word of God. Jesus commissioned the Church to make disciples and teach them to obey all that he commanded (Matt. 28:18-30). It is the Church that has the responsibility to equip the Church to serve as his body throughout the generations (Eph 4:11-13). There is no other institution that is empowered to successfully accomplish this responsibility. .

We believe the Spirit has given us a special opportunity for the Church in East County to recapture the love of good biblical teaching and carry the Scriptures forward, unaltered, to future generations. With this in mind, our goal is to provide high-level, intentional Bible training and discipleship to Jesus Followers. We plan to achieve this through courses on biblical books and life-transforming concepts that will help students learn to read, understand, and respond to the Scriptures, and pass them on to others.

Currently, our plan is to teach five courses over the next year—two courses in the fall, two in the spring, and a half-length course in late spring.
